Defense Secretary’s revelation about a bomb attack plot!
SJB Parliamentarian Nalin Bandara tabled a letter sent by Defense Secretary General Kamal Gunaratne warning the security forces that there may be a bomb attack in the north, east or south on the 05th and 06th of July.
He said that the Defense Secretary had issued this letter on the 27th of June.
As a result, it has been reported that the foreigners staying in the north have been notified not to participate in any celebrations.
Bandara also requested the Deputy Speaker to look into the matter immediately, as the letter also indicates that there is a risk of an attack on the homes of the politicians.
