Ranil to swear in tomorrow?
Ranil Wickremesinghe is to swear in as the Acting President tomorrow morning (15).
According to the provisions of the constitution, he is to swear in as the Acting President after the resignation of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
A statement by the Speaker’s office has stated that the Speaker had received Mr. Rajapaksa’s resignation and that an official statement in this regard will be made tomorrow.
