Court dismisses case against Aeroflot!
The Colombo High Court of Commerce has ordered the dismissal of the case in which an injunction was issued preventing the Russian Aeroflot aircraft from leaving the country.
Colombo Commercial High Court Judge Sumit Perera issued this order today after accepting the initial objections raised by the Attorney General that the case cannot proceed.
