No change in SLPP stand; vote in favour of Ranil
There is no change in the decision taken by the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna to extend their support to Acting President Ranil Wickremesinghe, said the SLPP Secretary Attorney Sagara Kariyawadam.
He said that steps have been taken to inform the MPs at the provincial level regarding the party’s decision.
Accordingly, the members of Parliament of the North Eastern Province will be informed tomorrow about the party’s decision.
