TNA to back all-party govt.
Leader of the Tamil National Alliance – R. Sampanthan has said that since an all party government is vital to resolve the national crisis in that country, his party would fully back the move.
The TNA leader was referring to the letter sent by President Ranil Wickremesinghe to all MPs, urging them to join an all-party government.
Noting that he is yet to respond to the letter, Mr. Sampathan has pointed out that they would join the conference called by the President to set up an All Party Government and would extend their fullest support to resolve the economic, political and social issues prevalent.
