The Ambalangoda Police today engaged in an awareness campaign by seizing all motorcycles that were left with the key in the ignition in various parts of the area.
The Police said the motorcycles were taken into custody to inform the public not to park their vehicles in an unsafe manner.
They further said the negligence of motorcyclists has resulted in the theft of a number of motorcycles in the area in the recent past. (NewsWire)
