SF alleges that Murali obtained land
Samagi Jana Balawegaya MP – Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka has alleged that people like former cricket star – Muttiah Muralitharan have obtained around 700 acres of land.
Speaking in Parliament yesterday (01), the MP said that these lands obtained were among those that were distributed among the middle class.
Noting that the President’s Budget speech mentioned a similar proposal to distribute land, he said that what will happen is that the government’s supporters will receive 20 acres each.
