Tourists travelled on ‘Podi Manike’
With the advent of the Winter Season more than 200 tourists who travelled on the ‘Podi Menike’ train from Colombo to Badulla, embarked in the tourist zone in Ella when train services to Badulla resumed on Monday, after a suspension of about six months due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions.
