SJB protests outside parliament
The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) today (06) boycotted Parliament proceedings in protest over alleged threats to its MPs.
SJB MPs protested refusing to enter the Chambers until their safety is assured.
MP Ranijth Madduma Bandara stated that they are not attending sessions after they did not receive a clear reply on the MPs security issue raised during the party leaders’ meeting earlier today.
