The second Test will be held from 24 while after three rest days Sri Lanka team is ready to resume their training at Galle International cricket Stadium from 22 nd. The selectors already have named same 15 player squad which used for the first test and their intention is very clear to get full strength to play against Irish team to maintain winning streak. There will be very a few changes for the second Test while right arm leggie Dushan Hemantha likely to replace paceman Asitha Fernando but this is not confirmed and the team will be decided after two days training on April 22 and 23. If Hemantha will gets a chance it will be his debut test..

Ireland also getting two day rest which gave them after early defeat two days to spare and the present heat is the main issue for Irish team. Both teams are very friendly and staying at the same hotel while the Irish team really enjoying the southern hospitality on their maiden test tour.

A few Sri Lankan players returned to Colombo after the first test as they want to spend the time with their family as they could not celebrate the Sinhala New Year at the hotel. All the players are committed and not even celebrate the new year festival and sacrifice for Cricket and getting a well-earned rest between two test is very important said a senior player of the Sri Lanka team.
