HIRU TV has formally lodged a complaint with both the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) regarding the recent action taken by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) to prohibit HIRU TV from covering SLC events within Sri Lanka.
