Former Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal has once again been summoned before the Parliament Select Committee (PSC) appointed to Investigate Causes for Financial Bankruptcy today (06).

PSC Chairman MP Sagara Kariyawasam said that the committee members will question Cabraal on his recent statement.

The former CBSL Governor recently told the committee that declaring the country bankrupt was a conspiracy.

Meanwhile, the PSC has also decided to summon the Auditor General to question him over a report he formulated on the country’s bankruptcy.
