Colombo Uni. gets new VC
Prof. H. D. Karunaratne has been appointed the Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
Presidential Spokesperson – Kingsley Rathnayaka has made the announcement on Twitter.
The appointment is to come into effect from April 12, 2022.
Previously, the President appointed Ven. Muruththettuwe Ananda Thero as the Chancellor of the University of Colombo.
