Gazette on public sector retirement age, issued
The Minister of Public Service – Janaka Bandara Thennakoon issued a gazette notification declaring the retirement age for public sector employees as 65 years on today (20).
According to the gazette, the retirement age for public sector employees has been increased to 65 years with effect from Jan. 01, 2022.
