Gamini Warushamana assumes duties as Lake House Chairman
Gamini Warushamana officially assumed duties today as the new Chairman of Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (Lake House).
A graduate of the University of Kelaniya, Warushamana began his career as a journalist with the Sunday Observer.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Kelaniya and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Colombo.
Warushamana has extensive administrative and research experience, having worked in institutions such as the Department of Census and Statistics and the Gamidiriya program
