Sathosa reduces the price of rice!
The Minister of Trade Bandula Gunawardena said that steps have been taken to reduce the price of imported samba rice sold through Sathosa by two rupees per kilo.
Accordingly, a kilo of imported samba rice sold at Rs. 130 by Sathosa will be sold at Rs. 128 from today (29).
Trade Minister Bandula Gunawardena visited the Pettah Rice Wholesale Market this morning to inspect the wholesale price of rice.
