Surcharge tax does not include 13 funds including EPF, ETF: AG tells SC
The Attorney General has informed the Supreme Court that a one-time surcharge tax of 25% to be imposed on individuals or companies, which earn an annual taxable income of Rs. 2,000 million, does not include the EPF, ETF, and 11 other funds.
