Attack on Sirasa reporter by Lanza’s disciple!
A protest was held opposite the Dalupotha Ceypetco filling station yesterday over the attack on the Negombo Sirasa correspondent M. Z. Sajahan while he was filming the filling station
The protest was organized by the Negombo Media Association.
M. Z. Sajahan had been attacked on the 2nd of March, by the owner of the Cipetco filling station Sunil Mirando, and two employees of the filling station and Sajahan had received treatment at the Negombo Hospital.Attack on Sirasa reporter by Lanza’s disciple! (video)
It has been revealed that the relevant filling station has been built over a canal and the Negombo Media Association alleges that permission had been granted to Mirando to build this filling station by the then Deputy Mayor of Negombo Nimal Lanza and Councillor Dayan Lanza.
