Patali’s petition to be taken up on May 19
The Court of Appeal today (28) directed that the petition filed by former Minister Patali Champika seeking an order to suspend the hearing of the case filed against him in connection with the accident in the Rajagiriya area, to be taken up on May 19.
Accordingly, the Court of Appeal directed that the case be taken up on May 19 to confirm the facts.
