Shooting in Peliyagoda!
Two persons had arrived on a motorcycle and shot dead the owner of a shop in Pethiyagoda in the Peliyagoda Police Division.
According to the police, investigations had commenced into the incident which took place yesterday and the assailants had fled after the shooting.
The gunmen had targeted the shop owner and shot him while no one else was injured in the incident.
Investigations are underway by the Peliyagoda Police to apprehend the suspects.
