‘Asgiriya Chief Prelate signed letter sent to President at his discretion
The Asgiriya Chapter says the Asgiriya Chief Prelate signed the letter directed to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa by the Chief Prelates of the three Chapters on the 20th of April at his discretion.
The Asgiriya Chapter in a statement clarified media reports pertaining to the Chief Prelates signing the letter.
The Chapter said a complaint was filed by an individual with the State Intelligence Service in this regard.
