Sapugaskanda faces difficulties
Reports say that the Sapugaskanda Oil refinery is in danger of been shut down after 23 June due to the lack of crude oil.
Even though a crude oil ship has reached Sri Lankan shores, authorities have not yet been able to settle the payments due to the dollar shortage to release its stock.
