Temples to go dark on Vap Poya
The Ramanna Nikaya has decided to switch off all lights at temples during the upcoming Vap Poya as a mark of protest against the increased electricity tariffs.
Chief Sangha Nayaka of the Central Province – Ven. Godamune Pannakitthi Thero said that the decision was taken at the Central Province Sangha Sabha.
