PM warned of another public uprising!
Chief incumbent of the Mihintale Rajamaha Viharaya – Ven. Dr. Valavahangunavewe Dhammarathana Thero has warned of another wave of public uprising.
The Thero had mentioned this to Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena when the latter visited the Temple today (18).The Thera had noted that if a General election is not held within six months after the formation of an all-party government, it will be impossible to stop a renewed wave of public uprising.
