Chichi races in Katukurunda today with tires brought by air
Rohitha Rajapaksa (Chichi), the youngest son of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, participated in the motor racing competition which is being held at the Katukurunda track.
Chichi said that he is racing on this track after seven years.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that the tires were imported from Dubai to Sri Lanka as they were not available for purchase in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka Telecom is the main sponsor of this competition and the competition is titled ‘SLT Mobitel Speed Up’.
