A head-on collision between two buses has been averted due to the actions of the driver of a luxury bus.

The near-miss incident is reported to have taken place in the Hunuketiya area on the Ella-Wellawaya Road.

Video footage shared on social media shows a luxury bus veering off the road at a bend to avoid the reckless driving of the bus driver travelling in the opposite direction.
