Wimal – Gammanpila sacked at Basil’s request?
Several changes in Cabinet portfolios are to be taken today (03) at a sudden Cabinet reshuffle, reports say.
According to sources, Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi is to be appointed as Energy minister while MP S.B. Dissanayake and Minister Dinesh Gunawardena are to be appointed as the ministers of Education and Industries respectively.
However, it is yet to be revealed who is to be Pavithra’s successor as Transport minister.
The Cabinet ministerial portfolios of Energy and Industries are currently held by Udaya Gammanpila Wimal Weerawansa.
