BANGLADESH SETS WORLD RECORD IN 2ND TEST VS SL HAVING TOTALLED 365 WITH SIX BATSMEN DISMISSED FOR DUCKS

From 24/5 to 365 all out, Bangladesh have made a remarkable comeback led by Mushfiqur Rahim’s 175*.

This is the highest total by any team in first-class cricket where at least six batters have been dismissed for a duck.

Bangladesh innings also equalled the Test record for most ducks (six) in a single innings.

It is the sixth such occurrence and the first since New Zealand were bowled out for 90 by Pakistan in 2018.
