Shortage of coffins
Funeral parlours are facing issues due to a dearth of coffins, reports say.
It is said that after fuel stations have not allowed fuel to be purchased to cans, many are unable to start chainsaws to cut down the necessary timber needed for coffins. Therefore, the price of the timber had gone up drastically.
In addition, lengthy power cuts have also affected the carpentry work at wood sheds, further contributing to the issue.
