3 including teen arrested over Kuliyapitiya accident
Police have arrested 03 persons in relation to yesterday’s (01) accident in Kuliyapitiya.
According to the police spokesperson, a 14 year old is also among the arrested.
The road mishap between a defender and a motorbike resulted in the death of the bike rider on the spot. The victim is a 38 year old resident from the Kanadulla area in Kuliyapitiya.
Enraged residents had set fire to the defender.
