Diana Gamage seeks redress from the Supreme Courts against her proposed abolition from SJB party
Member of Parliament for the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Diana Gamage had proceeded Courts the other day to file a petition in the Supreme Court seeking redress from the party’s decision to cancel her party membership.as there was no legal marriage between her and the party.
She has stated in her petition that the party had decided to abolish her party membership and MP from the national list awarded to her.
