Approval to bury Covid bodies at any cemetery!
The Director General of Health Services, Dr. Asela Gunawardena has given permission to bury the bodies of those who died of Covid-19 in any cemetery in the country from now on.
A special circular in this regard was issued by the Director General of Health Services yesterday (04).
Coordinator for Covid-19 Dr. Anwar Hamdani said that the decision was taken in view of the recommendations made by a committee of forensic experts and the current needs.
