Mahinda to resign- Dullas to be new PM?
Media has reported that Mahinda Rajapaksa has decided to resign from the post of Prime Minister.Once the Prime minister resigns, the Cabinet will be dissolved.
The resignation, which is currently being drafted, is to be handed over to the President tonight, reports say.Upon hearing of the PM’s decision, Basil Rajapaksa had reportedly visited the President at his Mirihana home and urged the President not to allow the PM to do so and all the other Rajapaksas would resign from their ministerial portfolios.
However, the President had decided to accept the decision of the PM, reports further say.
