WFP Head to visit Sri Lanka soon!
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said that the Executive Director of the World Food Program (WFP), David Basley had accepted the invitation extended by him to visit Sri Lanka.
Accordingly, he said that Basley will be making plans to visit Sri Lanka soon
The Prime Minister had posted a Twitter message stating that he had invited the Head of the WFP to visit Sri Lanka during a discussion held yesterday (10).
He had also said in his Twitter message that all the assistance rendered to Sri Lanka by the WFP is greatly appreciated.
