Udayanga remanded
Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia – Udayanga Weeratunga has been remanded until Jan. 17.
He was arrested by the Mirihana Police and subsequently produced before the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court today (Jan. 10) for allegedly assaulting his neighbor.

Fmr. ambassador Udayanga Weeratunga arrested
Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia – Udayanga Weeratunga, has been arrested by the Mirihana Police.
According to the police, he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his neighbor and is to be produced before the court today (Jan. 10).
