Former Chairman of Litro Gas Theshara Jayasinghe claims that the opportunity to get cheaper gas from Thailand was created through a program he launched during his tenure in November 2021.
“Had it not been for the unfortunate action taken against the scheme, more companies would have come forward to bid lower,” he said in a statement.
