Litro Gas admits experimenting with gas composition change
Litro Gas had issued to the market several sample cylinders with a gas composition change as part of an experiment, its factory manager I. Wijeratne has admitted to a local television channel.
He has said that a considerable change in the gas composition had been made in the samples.
Since the experiment had been unsuccessful, the cylinder samples had been withdrawn from the market, according to Wijeratne.
He has added the gas composition in the cylinders presently in the market are in accordance with the standard values.
