President of the Academy of Health Professionals (AHP) – Ravi Kumudesh has slammed health authorities over the procurement of ‘Jeevanee’ produced at a manufacturing unit that  lacks the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification.

He also urges the Secretary of the Health Ministry to initiate an investigation in this regard.He also points out that it should be investigated as to why a proper quality check on this factory has not been done in 09 years.

Raising questions about the quality of the stock itself, Mr. Kumudesh also points out this questionable stock has already been distributed to hospitals.
