Pakistan court suspends Imran Khan’s conviction in big relief for ex-P
A two-judge bench of the Islamabad High Court has suspended former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent conviction on corruption charges.
Khan has been in prison since he was sentenced to three years on August 5 on charges of unlawfully selling state gifts during his tenure as prime minister from 2018 to 2022.
As a result of the conviction, Khan was also barred for five years from contesting elections by the country’s election commission.
The cricketer-turned-politician, who is facing more than 100 cases since his ouster through a no-trust vote in April 2022, is currently incarcerated in the northwestern Attock city.

Imran Khan is the only smart and honest person to save Pakistan but the country is filled with Muslim fanatics who will never allow him to do so. Just like what is happening to Trump , Imran Khan’s opponents would create endless cases and prevent him from contesting in the next national elections.

G D. How can you compare Trump with an honest person like Imran Khan? Has any losing Head of State in any country, used Force and Threats and tried ALL the tricks to change the result of the Election the way Trump did? And when he opens his mouth, he spares NO BODY.

Justice is supreme. It was evident that Imran Khan was harresssed and jailed to prevent him contesting the forthcoming election due to 75% of voters loved him.
