United National Party (UNP) has scheduled to hold several district conventions in the next few days.

The first of these special conventions organized on the instructions of party leader President Ranil Wickramasinghe will be held at Galle City Hall this morning (13) under the patronage of UNP Chairman Vajira Abeywardena. Party General Secretary Palitha Range Bandara, Minister Manusha Nanayakkara, former MP Saman Rathnapriya and other leaders of the party will participate in it.
