INDIA REFUTES IMAGE OF JAISHANKAR’S TWEET

The Indian High Commission in Colombo has stated that a morphed image purported to be from the Twitter handle of External Affairs Minister – Dr S. Jaishankar is ‘completely fake and fabricated’.
