Jeewan resigns from SLFP
Former minister – Jeewan Kumaratunga says he is resigning from the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) and the positions he held in the party.
He had made the announcement at a media conference held today (22).
Kumaratunga worked as the Vice President of the SLFP and the organiser of the Kesbewa electorate.
He had said he cannot remain in the party anymore while ignoring his conscience, while party leaders are having double standards while forgetting party policies.
