Another bribery case against Johnston!
The Bribery Commission has filed another case against former Minister Johnston Fernando and three others in the Colombo High Court today (30).
The other defendants in the case are former CWE Chairman Eraj Fernando and its former Managing Director Mohamed Shakir.
The Bribery Commission had filed a case in the Colombo Magistrate’s Court against Johnston Fernando and other accused during the previous government.
