Rosy sends LoD to Pushpika
Mayor of Colombo Rosy Senanayake has sent a Letter of Demand through her lawyers to Mrs. Sri Lanka Pushpika De Silva over several defamatory allegations made by Mrs. Sri Lanka targeting Rosy Senanayake during an interview on YouTube recently.
In the letter, the lawyers have mentioned that Pushpika De Silva had made baseless, unfounded and false allegations against their Client for unfortunate events that Mrs De Silva had to encounter.
“You have falsely alleged that our Client was not invited to the Mrs World Pageant when she had an official invitation from Mrs World Inc. Our Client refutes all the above allegations and lies that have caused severe loss to her reputation and goodwill,” the letter stated.
