Namal leaves CID!
The CID has recorded a statement from SLPP parliamentarian Namal Rajapaks Namal Rajapaksa regarding the incidents at Galle Face and Kollupitiya on the 09th of May for nearly 4 hours today (20).
The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) had summoned the MP to record a statement from him with regard the unrest that unfolded on the 9th of May.

The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) is currently recording a statement from SLPP MP Namal Rajapaksa over the incidents at Kollupitiya and Galle Face Green on May 9.
The CID yesterday also recorded statements for nearly five hours from MPs Indika Anurudda, Pavithra Wanniarachchi and her husband Kanchana Jayaratne over the same incidents.
