ONE HUNDRED PASSENGERS CARRYING INDIAN SHIP ARRIVES

Ship carrying 100 passengers from India to arrive in SL

 

The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Aviation said that the scheduled passenger ferry service between India and Sri Lanka will start from tomorrow (14).

Secretary of the Ministry K.D.S. Ruwanchandra said that the ferry service will be operated according to the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two countries.

Accordingly, marking the inauguration of the shipping service, a ship carrying 100 passengers from India will reach Kankesanthurai.
