Cops crack down on unusual drug-smuggling tactic
Thanamalwila Police have arrested four suspects for smuggling ICE drugs between Colombo and Wellawaya.
The suspects, aged between 20 and 30, had allegedly concealed the drugs, valued at 1 million rupees, inside their rectal cavities to evade detection, Police said.
All four suspects are residents of Wellawaya, Police said.
