Disciplinary action against policeman who joined protest
The Police HQ has stated that disciplinary action will be taken against the Police officer who had attended the protest near the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo.
In a statement, the police media division said legal action will be taken according to details that would be revealed on the incident.
The statement noted that the officer had left the Siripagama Police station without permission to join the demonstration.
