The CID today (March 20) arrested an individual who had been illegally functioning at the Health Ministry for several years.
It is reported that he had been involved in the ministry’s employee transfer boards since 2016. These also include transfers of doctors, reports add.
The suspect is identified as one Mohommad Nazar, a resident of Gonawala, Kelaniya.He had been questioned by the CID for over 03 years before being released on the basis that he will appear before the CID again if required, reports further say.
