Sep. 19 declared day of national mourning
President Ranil Wickremesinghe has directed the Ministry of Public Administration & Home Affairs to declare September 19 a day of mourning in view of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The National flag will be flown at half-mast until the19th, the PMD states.
